Can I request art/designs?
We’d love to hear from you! Email us at hello@modernmural.shop to request and suggest new colors, designs, and patterns. Nothing is off limits.
My order is missing, damaged, or broken, what do I do?
Please contact hello@modernmural.shop within 7 days of receiving your order. Email your order number and details and we will reach out to you ASAP.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can! Our system will email you (once your order has been dispatched) with tracking info. Sometimes, the carrier takes 1–2 business days to register your shipment status, so we recommend allowing 48 hours for the tracking details to update. That said, if your tracking number isn’t updating after 48 hours, please email us at hello@modernmural.shop with your order number.
Does Modern Mural ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally currently. We will be offering international shipping soon, make sure to subscribe to our email list to be updated on when international shipping is available.
What is your return/refund policy?
You have 7 days after receiving your order to request a refund. Please reach out to hello@modernmural.shop to request a refund.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Credit card refunds can take approximately 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
